Employee invites a visitor
An employee wants to invite a visitor to the organisation for a meeting.
How it is handled in AGP2 Visitor Management system.
- Planned visits are beneficial for all – for the stakeholders as well as security and reception staff
- Employee (Host) creates an appointment in AGP2 web application or Android App
- Visitor (Guest) receives an SMS and Email intimation about the meeting/appointment
- Visitor confirms the meeting by clicking the meeting link received in the SMS/Email
- Host receives meeting confirmation by Email/SMS and notification on Mobile
- Security and reception staff can see the list of today’s scheduled meetings
- On arrival visitor (Guest) can show the meeting QR code at reception and proceed for the meeting
- The same QR code can be scanned to mark the exit of Visitor (Guest)
