  • Visitor (Guest) receives an SMS and Email intimation about the meeting/appointment
  • Visitor confirms the meeting by clicking the meeting link received in the SMS/Email
  • Host receives meeting confirmation by Email/SMS and notification on Mobile
  • Security and reception staff can see the list of today’s scheduled meetings
  • On arrival visitor (Guest) can show the meeting QR code at reception and proceed for the meeting
  • The same QR code can be scanned to mark the exit of Visitor (Guest)

Self-registration for walk-in visitors

  • This unique feature in AGP2 is very helpful for walk-in visitors and reducing the load of reception
  • AGP2 generates a unique QR code that can be pasted on a wall or kept on tabletop
  • Walk-in visitors can scan the QR Code using their Mobile Camera or Google lens
  • On scanning the QR code a visit request form will open on the Visitor’s mobile
  • The visitor can fill in his name, company, ID card, Photograph, person to meet etc.
  • The visit request will be received by reception / security staff and approved by host
  • On confirmation visitor will receive a QR Code on his mobile
  • This QR code will be used to mark the entry of the visitor
  • The same QR code can be scanned to mark the exit of Visitor (Guest)

Meeting request creation link

A personalized meeting request link for all employees

How this personalized meeting link is useful

  • AGP2 creates a personalized meeting link for Every employee in the organisation
  • This link can be shared with anyone who wishes to come and meet the employee
  • The meeting link can be shared by email, whatsapp or SMS
  • The receiver (Visitor) can open this link on his mobile or Laptop to create a meeting request with the Sender (Employee)
  • For new visitors, their mobile number is verified and personal details like Name, Company, ID card, Photo etc. are captured
  • Once a visitor is registered his details are pre-filled for all meeting requests
  • Visitor can select a date and time of the meeting
  • Once the visitor creates the meeting request, the host will receive a Email/SMS/App notification of the meeting request.
  • Host can approve, reject or change the date-time of the meeting request
  • Visitor receives the confirmation (or rejection) of the meeting request. The confirmation also contains a visit QR Code.
  • After the host approves the visit request, Security and reception staff will see the meeting in the list of today’s scheduled meetings
  • On arrival visitor (Guest) can show the meeting QR code at reception and proceed for the meeting
  • The same QR code can be scanned to mark the exit of Visitor (Guest)

Visitor Safety training

Visitor Safety training for Environment health and Safety compliance

  • There are two levels for visitor safety training in AGP2
  • Level 1 associates a date validity with every visitor. A visitor pass can be generated for a visitor only in the safety training Date is valid
  • Level 2 integrates a training and testing platform.
  • Visitors can be shown a Company safety training video enumerating safety guideline.
  • The video is followed by a random questionnaire to assess the visitor’s understanding of the safety protocol

  • Visitor safety training is valid for a predefined period after which the visitor needs to clear the safety test again
  • Visitor safety training and testing can be implemented on a kiosk or an android tablet
  • Fully custom visitor safety training platform where you can insert your video, questions, safety test validity duration, language etc.

Visitor Self-Declaration & Questionnaire

  • It is imperative to make the visitor aware of your organization’s policy about rights and duties of all the visitors who visit your organisation. 
  • This feature of AGP2 is used to get a confirmation from the visitors, that they agree to the terms, conditions and organisation policies for visitors.
  • The terms can be related to Fire & safety, environment & health policies.
  • It can be used to record visitors’ contact and travel history, body temperature, presence of Arogya setu app etc.
  • Custom questionnaire can be defined and each visitors responses can be recorded
  • Responses can be queried for compliance check.
  • This is a very significant feature for compliance and legal ramifications. 

Visitor feedback & rating

Will it not be worthwhile to know about the experiences of your visitors while they were in your organization? AGP2 visitor management system provides a simple user interface where Visitors can provide a rating and feedback after the visit.

 

  • After completing the meeting, while exiting your organization, visitors can scan a QR code to provide a feedback
  • After scanning the QR code, a feedback form opens on their mobile phone
  • Visitors can provide a rating (1 to 5 stars) and a feedback about their experience
  • They can highlight issues they may have faced during the visit and  suggestions to improve your visitor management system
  • All the feedbacks an be viewed by a designated person
  • A “low rating notification” can be sent to a designated person to take corrective actions
